Why Wensley House Retirement Village?

Wensley House Rest Home and Retirement Village is a small and intimate with only 30 Rest Home beds and 13 studios and as it is locally and privately owned by Experion Care, and we ensure that when you become a resident at Wensley House it becomes your home - your place.

Wensley is set in a tranquil and beautiful large gardens only minutes from Richmond township, and a short drive from Nelson, New Zealand. The facility is managed by Judith Dellebeke, General Manager, who is supported by April Marer, our Clinical Leader.

Both Judith and April are highly experienced NZ Registered Nurses with many decades of experience between them. The team at Wensley House Rest Home and Retirement Village are dedicated to providing a high standard of care which ensures our continued high standing amongst rest homes in the Richmond community. Our care-givers have qualifications relating to the provision of care of the Elderly and have and a continuous programme of education to ensure that the high standard of care is maintained.
